Jonathan was great to work with when getting things scheduled and putting together an estimate, which came back at a more than fair price. I supplied a lot of the materials and did a lot of the demolition myself, and they stepped right in and took it from there. The tile job is fantastic, a truly professional job. I love it! Everything was done right the first time, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ll be calling them again when I’m ready to tackle my kitchen!

Jonathan and his team are ROCK STARS. We would hire him again to do any remodel job we have. Things started off really well with him. The thing that stuck out to me at the first was the amount of time he stayed at my house looking through things before providing the estimate. He spent over an hour at our house looking at every single detail (he went in the basement, went in the attic, etc). Within a few days of the visit he provided a very detailed estimate.

The job was very professionally done. Jonathan was very helpful with suggestions as to what to use and how to install ex. positioning of tiles, colors, best quality to use. He was very in tune to detail. While being professional, Jonathan was very personable also. Those that Jonathan contracted to do drywall and plumbing were very competent and reliable. We would definitely call Jonathan again for any other home remodeling/repair we may have.

My wife and I worked with ARS for a complete remodel of our master bathroom and laundry room in our downtown Raleigh condo. They were great to work with. Jonathan does a great job keeping everything moving and ensuring high-quality work and all of his sub contractors were nice guys who did good work. Very pleased with all aspects of job: tiling, pluming, electrical etc. If you are looking for a contractor for a project in the Raleigh area, these are your guys!
